Recycling Instructions

Big Shrimpy offers customers the opportunity to participate in its FullCircle™ Recycling program. Customers may recycle any Big Shrimpy Original, Nest, Basic, or Catalina bed, Landing Pad, or Doodle toy ever purchased.

Before you take part in our recycling program, we want to make sure you’re aware:

• Every part of a Big Shrimpy product, including the SmartFill®, is machine washable and dryable.
• Original, Nest, and Basic bed covers, empty inner liners, and filled inner liners are all available for purchase separately.

With these options, your Big Shrimpy bed may last forever! But if for whatever reason you have finally decided that it’s time for your worn-out, used-up, Big Shrimpy bed to go…don’t throw it out! Send it in! We’ll recycle the outer fabrics and SmartFill back into a reusable fiber.

Recycling instructions

Please wash and dry all parts of your Big Shrimpy product, including the SmartFill if applicable, according to our washing and drying instructions. If it’s a bed you’re sending in, you do not need to reassemble it. Just box it up, and mail it to this address:

We wish we could offer reimbursement of shipping costs, but unfortunately we cannot at this time. We are very proud to be the first company to offer recycling of its pet beds, and we know we could not do it without the support of you, our customers. Ultimately it’s you, the customer, who is doing the recycling. Thank you!
