“Thank you for your attention to this [warranty] matter! Our dog Shadow is a lanky, 80 lb. retired racing greyhound. Due to his weight and body composition (namely his bony joints) he really needed a large, thick bed to avoid getting bed sores and to help stave off arthritis. I bought a Big Shrimpy bed from All Natural Pet and the instant I put it down for him, he curled up on it and couldn’t be moved. He absolutely loves his Big Shrimpy bed!
